The Process

  1. introduction

First, fill out the new project form here.

  2. consultation

After that, we’ll schedule a phone call to dive into the details of your project and make sure we’re a good fit!

  3. estimate

Once I hear all about your needs, I use that information to create a customized estimate for you to review and approve. Usually, the design and painting fees are separated as the complexity of the design will guide the cost of the mural painting. However, you will be provided with a range for you to have the full scope of the project. A site visit is generally required to inspect the wall and understand the space/location.

  4. Agreement & Deposit

Upon approval of the estimate, I'll ask you to sign an agreement and make a 50% non-refundable deposit so that I can book and dedicate time on my calendar for your project.

  5. concept phase

Most projects start with 1–3 written concept directions and moodboards for you to review. The amount will vary based on the project and deliverables discussed.

  6. design phase

From there, we'll move into 1–2 fully flushed concept designs with 1–2 rounds of refinement.

  7. Final Approval

After refinement, I will finalize and send over all files as outlined in the agreement.

  8. Project Complete

Please allow at least 4 weeks from introductions to the completion for your project. Murals and branding projects generally take longer to allow plenty of time for feedback and approvals. Upon receiving the final files, the 50% remainder fee is due, and then you're ready to go!
